The delivery lead time displayed on the basket page serves as an estimated delivery date. However, given the current circumstances, we are unable to assure precise delivery dates. Our delivery partners are experiencing delays within their networks due to governmental social distancing measures or lockdown directives.
Missed Delivery or Lost Parcels
While we strive to adhere to the indicative delivery timescale outlined on our website, occasional delays may occur. If your delivery is delayed, please check your order tracking details. In the event of a missed delivery, kindly contact the local delivery depot first. Royal Mail typically holds undelivered parcels for approximately 18 days before returning them to us. Customers have the option to reschedule delivery at no additional cost or collect the parcel from the designated delivery office address indicated on the missed delivery card.
Amendments to Delivery Address
Regrettably, we cannot accommodate changes to delivery addresses or product amendments once your order has been collected by the courier.

European & Rest of the World Deliveries
For all international orders, a complete residential or business address is required. Prior to placing an order, we advise customers to review potential customs charges. Import taxes and custom duties imposed by local customs authorities are the responsibility of the buyer. In the event that a customer rejects a parcel due to customs charges, a refund will be issued after deducting the shipping cost once the parcel is returned to us.
