Returns Policy
We are committed to customer satisfaction and strive to make returns as easy as possible. However, before initiating a return, we kindly ask you to contact us to see if we can resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
What can be returned?
You can return most unused and unopened items within 14 working days of receiving them in the UK and Ireland. This includes:
- Products in the original packaging and in the same condition you received them.
- Most physical products, excluding perishable items, intimate or sanitary goods, and jewellery that has been worn (for hygiene reasons).
Exceptions:
- Sale items: Return policies for sale items may differ. Please contact us before purchasing if you're unsure.
How to return an item?

- Return Instructions: We'll provide specific instructions based on your location and the type of product (physical or non-physical).
- Return Your Item: Ship your return using a tracked shipping method (e.g., with a tracking number) and keep the receipt for your records.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the refund decision.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
- In the UK and Ireland, refunds may not include the original shipping cost. For orders outside the UK and Ireland, the initial delivery cost will not be refunded and the responsibility of the return shipment will fall on the buyer.
- If you haven't received a refund after a reasonable timeframe, please check your bank statement and contact us if necessary.
Additional Information:
- Discounted items may be refunded for the amount paid, not the full listed price.
- Transfer of Title Deed: Upon full payment, ownership (title deed) of the purchased product transfers to you.
- Timeframe for Faulty Products: You can report faulty products within 14 days of purchase.
- Complaints Process: If you are unhappy with the outcome of your return request, you can contact our customer service team through the methods outlined on our Contact Us page to escalate your complaint. We are committed to a fair and timely resolution. You may also be entitled to make a claim with relevant regulatory bodies.
- Digital Products: We do not currently offer downloadable software or other digital products that cannot be returned.
- We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items.
Important Note: This policy applies to purchases made on the Singh & Smile online store. For international orders outside the UK and Ireland, please note that the initial delivery cost will not be refunded and the responsibility of the return shipment will fall on the buyer.
